Materials and the environment

TTI waterbeds are manufactured entirely in our own production premises: from the very first design through to delivery.
From the time of the design, therefore, we can also take account of a number of criteria we set for ourselves. One of these criteria is the impeccable quality of the raw materials we use: our waterbeds are made only of European top quality raw materials. Our materials meet all the EU directives. This means we can guarantee that our mattress films are free of heavy metals and that all foam parts are produced without CFKs. Regular laboratory tests ensure the consistent quality of these materials.
In the choice of both the design and the materials, we set very high demands in the area of health and the environment. We also require that all components can be produced in our own workshops, under our control.
